Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Triumph Attorney Connect ("we," "us") handles information collected through findtherightvegasattorney.com (the "Site"). We are an attorney matching and referral service, not a law firm.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us in our case evaluation form: details about your incident and injuries, your name, phone number, email address, the best time to reach you, and anything you write in the description box.
  • Information collected automatically: the page you submitted from and, if present in the link you clicked, advertising and campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters or a Google click ID). Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request times for security and reliability.

Please don't submit highly sensitive details you don't want shared, such as Social Security numbers or full medical records. Basic information about your injury is enough for a case evaluation.

How we use your information

  • To review your situation and match you with a participating attorney who may be able to help.
  • To contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and to measure how well our advertising works.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

The purpose of our service is to connect you with an attorney. When you submit the form, we share your information with one or more participating, independent Nevada-licensed attorneys or law firms so they can contact you and evaluate your case. We also use service providers that help us run the Site, and they may only use your information to provide services to us. In particular, when you submit the case evaluation form, your submission is processed and emailed to our team through a third-party form service (FormSubmit), and a copy is stored with our website host (Netlify). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and calls

If you agree in our form, we and participating attorneys may contact you by phone call and text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including following up on your inquiry, and as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and the Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and Nevada privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Nevada residents also have the right to request that we not sell their covered information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To make any request, call us at (702) 343-8132, or submit our contact form and write "Privacy request" and the details of your request in the description box.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian may submit information on behalf of an injured minor.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
